Show Policies
The fine print, kept short.
Tickets & refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable, except as described below.
- If the show is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund. If it is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date or refunded on request.
- Keep your ticket or wristband for same-day re-entry.
Vendor tables
- Tables are $200 each and are confirmed once payment is received.
- Selling is for registered vendors only. Unofficial tables and selling from the aisles are not permitted.
- Table refund and transfer terms will be included with your vendor confirmation.
Photography & filming
- Card Crazy may photograph and film the show for promotional use. By attending, you agree that you may appear in those photos and videos.
- Personal photos and video are welcome. Please ask vendors before filming their tables or transactions.
- Commercial filming and livestreaming require approval. Email collector@cardcrazyshow.com to request a media pass.
Code of conduct
- Treat vendors, attendees and staff with respect. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
- No smoking or vaping in the show area. No weapons.
- Children must be with an adult at all times.
- Show staff may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
